Margie Dorris

Margie Fay Dorris, formerly of Alpine, died Tuesday June 24, 2014 in Pecos.

She was born January 16, 1928, in Menard to the late Perry Johnson and Fay Jaynes. She was a retired housekeeping, laundry and dietary supervisor.

She is survived by her sons, Michael Dorris of Balmorhea, David Dorris of Milton, N.H., and BillyJack Dorris of Van Horn.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Willard Johnson, and her sisters, Christell Taylor and Joyce Tomerlin.

A memorial service will be held July 26 at 2 p.m. at the Geeslin Chapel, 209 West Sul Ross Ave, Alpine, Texas.
