Douglas Melvin Cooney, 64, of Fort Davis, passed away at his residence on Wednesday, June 19, 2013.
No services are scheduled at this time.
Mr. Cooney was born December 11, 1948. He was an Air Force veteran.
He is survived by three brothers, Ron, David and Philip Cooney and a sister, Pamela Dalzell. He is also survived by his special friends, Lee Ann Sproul and Mac and Daisy McCutcheon.
